Abbie Cornish was an Australian actor. Born on the 7th of August, 1982. Cornish is most well-known as a character in films such as Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) and Sarah as well as Geostorm (2017). Cornish was awarded her first Screen Actors Guild Award in the ensemble cast for this movie. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, star of Adventureland 2009 and many other films, was her dad. Ann McDonough was her mother. With the love and encouragement of her parents helped make the choice to study acting a simple decision for a younger Betty Gilpin. When it was time to attend college, she chose Fordham College where she learned how to improve her craft. Gilpin continued to audition for television and film roles as well as performing in Off Broadway stage plays. Following a brief appearance on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent the actress was offered small role on Ghost Town (2009) and The Northern Kingdom (2008). Gilpin did not stop nabbing TV guest appearances throughout the subsequent years. Until she landed her first break in 2013, with the role of a regular on Nurse Jackie. as Doctor. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes in the show before Nurse Jackie closed its doors in June 2015. Gilpin was also a part of the thriller mystery True Story (2015).
